I provide a safe nurturing place in which each person is able to discover or recover a part of themselves, in order to live a more fully satisfying life. I provide a collaborative environment, that is open and nonjudgemental. A space, in which I believe is one of the key components to help you be more comfortable, and possibly for the first time to be your true self.
If you are facing self doubt, ongoing negative thoughts about yourself & others, wondering how to manage daily stress, fear of rejection, the challenges of conflictual relationships, disappointment, & overall fear of any change or unpredictable circumstances in life, then chances are you are experiencing anxiety.
All of these along with; addiction, depression, lack of motivation, job disillusionment, or overall disappointment in life, is influenced by our past. Often we think these events are no big deal, but in reality, various life experiences from childhood, and more recently along with messages and beliefs you have adopted along the way, can compromise your ability to be your authentic self, achieve your goals, and get what you most desire in life.
I work with you as an individual, couple or family, to help you identify what is getting in your way and contributing to the anxiety, self doubt, negative beliefs about yourself in certain situations, or repetitive patterns in your job or relationships that don’t work. By increasing your understanding of yourself and learning the ability to be yourself, with less fear or judgement, you can increase your sense of well-being and begin to create deeper relationships, enhance your life, and have more genuine connections with co-workers, clients, family and friends.

Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal Therapy, Relaxation & Meditation, are some of the treatment modalities I use. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) as well as Hypnotherapy, can be beneficial for some patients.
